Five Point Performance Guarantee

Oklahoma Office Systems (OneSOURCE) guarantees that:
If at any time the system becomes inoperative for more than nine (9) consecutive working hours, a comparable system will be provided free of charge until the customer's system is repaired.

OneSOURCE guarantees that your system will maintain 95% operational uptime per quarter. If it does not, OneSOURCE will repair it our replace it with another system of an equivalent model.
OneSOURCE will guarantee the new system for a period of 5 years or one million copies, whichever comes first. OneSOURCE guarantees 95% operational uptime per quarter.

OneSOURCE requires written notification to the President, Ron Carr of existing problems and requires 30 days to correct the problem.

Service will be provided within four (4) hours on any emergency call. In order to preserve the OneSOURCE Five Point Performance Guarantee the following conditions must be met:

* The above mentioned uptime is (9) hours/day (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday), excluding holidays and weekends; based on monthly uptime, averaged over three months. Excludes preventive maintenance calls.

Upon purchase or lease of the Konica system, you must also purchase and keep in effect a service agreement with OneSOURCE approved supplies.

• Have your account current.

• Provide proper environment, operating space and specified power requirements for your Konica system.

•  The equipment must be within a 30-mile radius of an OneSOURCE service center.
